Well, in case ya hadn't heard, the new artist for Kurt is Ron Garney. Can't say I read too much Hulk or Cap so I dunno how he is. He's slated to start with Uncanny 400 or 401. Wow, 400...what a milestone to start on!

Here's the link at X-Fan for their story: http://www.cinescape.com/8/editorial...e&obj_id=27592

I took a look at some of his Hulk and Capt. America stuff. It's okay, but not really distictive. After bringing in artists with such unique styles like Quitely and Churchill, I was hoping for another artist with an unusual style. This looks like a step backwards to me.

I like Garney.I picked up some issues of his Cap run with Mark Waid and his work on Silver Surfer.Im really curious to see his take on Nightcrawler and Chamber. He drew that one issue of Uncanny that lead into AOA and Kurt wasnt a member at the time. His style improved sinse then.It has more style. The closest comparison I could make to his work is John Romita Jr.Though Ive seen a hint of Mike Mignola in his Hulk.

I REALLY hope he sticks around.Im getting really tired of the constant creator changes.

I'll second that! Well, as long as he draws a good Kurt, preferably with his mouth shut a little more often. Oh, and he needs a better-fitting costume or to go work out or something, he's looking real scrawny these days. Garney needs to look at Davis' stuff, or even Byrne. Byrne made him really short though, if memory serves.
